End of THIS road for #2...

WOW can't believe the 60 days are over! :'( I'm sad cuz it was such a great experience and I really didn't want it to end.

Let's talk about the journey
 
Body: My body is leaner and stronger! The level I am at now I really didn't think I would get to and I now I will only be getting better. Though my knees still hurt, its a pain I've gotten used to.

Learning: I've learned that motivation is key. Our state of mind plays the biggest role in how hard we push ourselves, how far we are willing to committ and not allowing ourselves to make excuses! I learned that changing my eating habits will be a long a process but that its for the best.

Observe: I've observed that my commitment to fitness inspires others to want the same for themselves. It makes their goals that much more attainable! I'm proud to say that most of my friends are currently on a similiar path to a better us. Even though we all realize that what works for one will not work for all we are encouraging of each other and are constantly sharing our good and bad experiences. The more we motivate each other the farther we are all going!

Goals: Previous goals were not all accomplished but I have definitely been working on creating permenant solutions therefore I will continue to work on them. See below :)

Setting goals for Phase 2! : 
  • I really need to work on getting more sleep! Not only am I exhausted, always running late, feeling drained, etc. but it is also not helping me properly prepare for the day ahead. Plus, I want to start coming to 6am BOOTCAMP. :)
  • Need to work on learning more healthy/quick recipes. I don't want to revert to my old habits so I have to really stop being lazy and get cooking more often!
  • Create a workout schedule and stick to it! Now that I have the option and its not mandatory I need to still give it just as much and not find excuses NOT to workout! I really need to stick to the same plan I did during the 60 days to continue to see results!
  • My final weight goal is 132 LBS and with BTC TG I'm 18 LBS closer!!! Only 49 LBS to go!! I will continue to work on losing 10 LBS per month so that by summer 2012 I'll be looking SEXY (as Martha would say!) LOL
My journey in numbers
 I want to thank Maia for all her commitment to every single one of us. She has seen the best in all of us and always pushes us to work harder! Without her I wouldn't have realized my pontential and that its never to late to reach your dreams. This journey will always be with me and has proven to me I can accomplish anything I work hard for! <3<3<3
